New Ranks ~ Promotions and Demotions

Myself as well as Sp3x and Merc have noticed that a lot of our current leaders have been busy, not in the cc, etc and so we are changing up how the clan infrastructure will work. We have decided that the "Warlord" rank will now be replaced by "Co-Leader" and everyone of the warlord rank will revert to normal ranks (1-3 bars). Additionally the following people will be promoted to Co-Leader

These decisions have been made based off of the point ranking system and our (the leader's) assessment of maturity and leadership abilities. Additionally, we have now decided to rank new people to the bronze star rank, and the following people will be ranked based on their knowledge of the game and maturity:

The final bronze star rank will be determined at a later date.

Duties of Co-Leaders are as follows:

Bump the clan forum on runescape.com
Recruit new members
Maintain order in the clan chat, kicking will be allowed for members below the rank of the leader.
Set up wars with other clans, wars will still be led by Sp3x
Creating guides to frequently asked questions by clan members

Duties of Bronze Star leaders
Representative for 1-3 stripe members, if members wish to petition for something it should all be done through bronze star who will relate the issue to a leader.
Recruit new members
Bump the clan forum on runescape.com
Provide information for members who need help.
